Welcome to Thai Massage Smile & Beauty salon
Thai Smile Massage
The foundation of Thai massage is the Ayurvedic system of 72,000 energy lines (nadis), of which 10 energy lines (jibsen) are used in Thai massage. According to Ayurvedic teachings, humans receive prana (life force) through these energy lines, which are located on these energy lines called marmas (energy points) (called acupressure points in Japanese shiatsu massage). Prana can be transmitted to the body through breathing. In the teachings of Thai massage, acupressure on certain marmas and energy lines is associated with relieving various physical ailments.
Relaxing oil massage
Relaxing Oil Massage is a holistic relaxation massage based on the teachings of Ayurveda. The treatment steps are similar to traditional Thai massage, but there is no pressure point or stretching involved. Deep relaxation is achieved by rhythmic, regular strokes of the muscles and muscle fibers. The use of natural essential oils promotes physical and mental relaxation, and also softens the skin (especially after a previous peel). Relaxing Oil Massage has a restorative and balancing effect. It also stimulates the body’s metabolism and self-healing by providing a refreshing energy to the body and spirit, reducing stress.
Thai oil massage / body parts massage / back massage
Massage helps to relieve blockages and tension in various parts of the body, such as the back, according to the symptoms. Intensely massage various parts of the body with vigorous kneading and stroking, along with essential oils that help stimulate blood circulation in the muscles. The focus will be on various complaints that occur, such as in pregnant women, people who work hard, or those who work with PCs (mouse arms), creating a feeling of warmth and relaxation of the muscles clearly.
Thai massage
The action pattern relieves physical ailments such as headache, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, tinnitus, insomnia, shock, cough, knee pain, back pain, dizziness. From a scientific point of view: Yoga poses influence the skeletal and muscular systems and affect posture, promote blood and lymph circulation. Rotating the joints helps create joint fluid and increases physical flexibility. During deep relaxation, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, increasing blood flow to internal organs and stimulating metabolism. Mindful touch can stimulate physical well-being, and lifting techniques can lead to a sense of security.
Foot reflexology
This massage is based on the theory that each part of the body has a corresponding zone on the soles of the feet that resonates and responds to each other reflexively. These reflex zones are targeted using finger pressure and special sticks of varying intensity to produce beneficial effects deep in the tissues. Foot acupressure has a relaxing effect, promotes self-healing, and has beneficial effects on a variety of health problems both on a physical and mental level. For example, it is said to support common medical procedures for the treatment of pain and circulatory disorders.
Herbal Stamp
Our body massage can be supplemented with herbal compresses. For this purpose, natural Thai herbs and spices are heated with steam in traditional cloth bags (stamps). After the massage, the back is tapped with warm herbs. Increased blood circulation and the relaxing aroma of warm herbs make the treatment end especially harmonious.
Hot Stone Massage: Get Fit Again with Us
Our hot stone massage combines the relaxing massage and the deep stimulating effects of warm massage stones. For the hot stone massage, natural basalt (lava stones) are used, which have been polished with river water, which absorb and retain heat energy very well. Before the actual massage, warm stones are distributed over the body to provide a pleasant warmth and relaxation. The massage is performed with essential oils, in circular motion and with or without hot stones. In addition to the massage and heat effects, the interaction of temperatures has a particularly beneficial effect on the autonomic nervous system. In this way, the whole organism is strengthened, detoxified and its own defenses are stimulated.

Where did Thai massage originate?
Jivakar Kumar Bhaccha, a North Indian physician, is regarded as the father of Thai massage. He is still revered and called the “Father of Natural Medicine” in Thailand. His portrait still stands in front of the Ministry of Public Health in Bangkok.
